Canadian project Victoria Hand helps the disabled free 3D-printed dentures denture Design dates back to 90-MI and belongs to Victoria University Professor Nicholas Dechevu, then still a student of the Magistracy of the University of Toronto. A prototype of the first paintball manufacturing facilities on the shelf for two decades, since the serial production was considered unprofitable. That all changed in the year 2013, when a student of the Faculty of engineering Josh Coutts invited print prostheses on 3D printers.

3D printing is a revolution which we have not yet realized. Probably, we just kind of inertia in the head. So looking at the news, especially overseas and see that joints have already learned to type, hinge mechanisms for complex forms too. Moreover, electronics provides communication of nerve impulses with artificial limbs. Will pass a bit of time, and most real cyborgs become reality.

At the expense of cyborgs is unlikely soon. You're probably a fan of the terminator)))

Alex, why is unlikely? Cyborg is a cybernetic organism. In fact, this is any organism in which there is some artificial detail. Put the seal in tooth-all can consider themselves a little bit of a cyborg. And 3D printing allows you to print complex parts for people. Joints already prints, kneecaps, too. About the Chinese in that year wrote that they are someones skull printed after trepanation, and nothing, lives a man with artificial forehead. In, remembered in Israel identify printed a vertebral disk. But bones and joints is the simplest. Eventually, surely, and soft tissue will learn on the printer to do.
